A class for those who want a skilled foundation in yoga through the Anusara Principles of Alignment. Emphasis is on developing strength, resiliency and stamina of the physical body through a respectful and intelligent flowing practice that slowly builds to a pinnacle pose. If you're a beginner, this is the place to start.
A stronger class that refines basic asanas, and introduces deeper poses, with special emphasis on gaining confidence in inversions, arm balances, and backbends. Deeper integration of the Principles of Alignment.
A challenging class that invites you to play gracefully at your edge, this practice explores poses in the Level 2 and Level 3 Anusara syllabus, including more challenging backbends, balance poses, and arm balances. At least two years of asana experience requested for this class.
